A non-refundable 6 % Buyers Premium is in effect , payable at closing. Closing to occur in approximately 30 days, upon court approval. The BALANCE shall be paid IN FULL, by certified funds, at closing.

 
A non-refundable deposit of $ 5,000* (cashier's check)  will be required, made payable to the trustee to secure 
the offer. *this amount is a flat rate, and does not reflect an anticipated selling figure.

 Why is the deposit non-refundable ?
  The deposit ensures that the potential buyer is prepared with proper financing in place and is ready to make an honest offer, with the understanding that, should the financing not be available, or any other reason,the deposit is forfeited.
