We welcome all Agents/Brokers to participate in our Real Estate Auctions. Its a very simple process that will allow any Agent/Broker to recieve compensation for bringing us a buyer. Every property we sell is sold “As-Is” with no warranties, contingencies, or any other restrictions. Most properties are sold “subject to seller confirmation”, meaning that the owner of the property has the right to accept or reject any bid. We add a 5% Buyer’s Premium to every accepted bid. All you have to do is bring us a buyer and we will give 20% of our commission. That’s it! It’s that simple! Simply register you buyer with us ahead of time so that we can link that buyer to you and receive 20% of our commission if your buyer purchases the property.
It really is that simple!!!
